HAALAND EARLY TRIPLE THREAT FOR TZOLIS
In a move that has raised eyebrows across the Gert Lush Bristol FPL ML, Colin Davidson has chosen to pick Erling Haaland as "triple captain" at this early stage of the season. 'An early triple captain, on a solitary single gameweek - is it strategy, or is it impatience?' pondered Garth Crooks.

LATE GW4 DRAMA AS DCL SCORES ON WEDNESDAY
Gameweek 4 had already shut on Monday when Dominic Calvert-Lewin took to Instagram, demanding the panel revisit a header they had given to Jayden Bogle — and by Wednesday the goal was his again. The points, however, had not moved. At Mrsvandeven, Josie Glover started Calvert-Lewin and stays on 10 instead of the 12 the reversal should have brought. The manager profiles already have Glover among the unluckiest in the league. "Monday to Wednesday is a long time in football," said Gary Neville. "Long enough for the scorer to change, not long enough for Glover's luck to turn."

ALL CHANGE FOR TWO FREE HIT CLUBS
Fans of Gleedlikers and Quantum of Tzolis have a right to be confused when they read their side's teamsheets this week, with lineups expected to be barely recognisable due to use of the "free hit" chip. Most of these clubs are said to be battling for the temporary signature of Jordan Pickford (2), Daniel Muñoz Mejía (2), Morgan Gibbs-White (2), Joško Gvardiol (2) and John Egan (2). More than half of the clubs have sent Antonín Kinský (2), Ezri Konsa Ngoyo (2), João Pedro Junqueira de Jesus (2), Tarik Muharemović (2) and Riccardo Calafiori (2) for a one-week holiday.

WGTA'S WILDCARD ACTIVATED
News of twenty-fourth-placed Dalots Humour's wildcard has gone down well with Humours fans this morning, many of whom only found out about completely overhauled team whilst on the way to the game. "I see what we've done here and it's very clever" said Maurice Hayman. "Calafiori, Konsa, Rogers, Gross, Palmer, Haaland, Saka, Kinsky, Davis, Calvert-Lewin, Gibbs-White - WGTA's brought in players that did well last week. Brilliant."

You can't always tell from the teamsheet, but our experts believe that thirty-ninth-placed Slay Queens will be lining up in a "5-4-1" this gameweek. It's a bold move from manager Effie Glover, with the formation being utilised in only 1.12% of league lineups over the last four gameweeks.

HAYDEN RETURNS
The rumours are true. After disappearing from the Haydenators dugout one gameweeks ago, manager Zac Hayden is back. Club insiders told FPL Mundo that top of Hayden's agenda upon returning was the signature of Viktor Gyökeres and the selection of Erling Haaland as captain. We wish the Haydenators boss well for the rest of the season.

JOAO PEDRO DROPS BELOW HAALAND
João Pedro Junqueira de Jesus's several-week reign as the most popular player in the Gert Lush Bristol FPL ML came to an inglorious end this morning, with sales from Tom C WGTA, Andy Nash, Rob Iles, Brandon Steenkamp, Zac Hayden, Nathan Stacey, James Wojcik, Stefan Harbron and Charles Hazel meaning the striker lost top spot to Erling Haaland. "It's going to be hard to bounce back from this" said Steph Houghton. The players are currently averaging 8.2 (Haaland) and 8.2 (Joao Pedro) points-per-game.

BLACKMORE SIGNS MYKOLENKO "EARLY DOORS"
Simply Irresistible manager Richard Blackmore moved early this week, signing Mykolenko for Kayode at 6.22pm on 12 September - well ahead of the gameweek deadline. On average Blackmore's signings have come 4 days before the deadline this season.
